- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely pathetic service - do not take your car here. Took 9 months to get my car back from a rear end shunt. ( not that bad) Ended up buying a new car!!!!!!!
Had to be taken to another repairer to be rectified. Mechanically A* prior to shunt. Poor communication, lied about what was happening, Took 3 months plus to return car. Independent assessor said the bodywork repair was poor - not up to standard - returned to me with engine warning light on, damaged exhaust not replaced, hanging off, lights did not have bulbs in, the stop start no longer worked, , bits fell off! They claimed from the insurance company for new parts that that they did not fit and also claimed for work that was not required according to the independent assessor. Surely this must be fraud????
Also, annual Auditor who was there when I returned the car also had major concerns.re training of technicians - werent trained to carry out their jobs adequately, Had to go to another garage to have the work rectified. suggested that I got an independent assessment
When I eventually got my car back I sent an email to all concerned - their response ( within 5 mins - given that they never answer the phone!) was to suggest that they had the car back and repair everything in their garage - my answer was do I need a frontal lobotomy??????!!!!!!By michaeljohnson, July 21, 2019
